Advice from the American Criminal Liberties Union (brought forward from original of 20 June 2025)

Police, if so inclined, can construe anything you do as disorderly conduct.

Not only that but also they can use just about anything as probable cause to overrule your 4th amendment protected right against government detainment, search and seizure.

So basically nothing the ACLU says can help you against the cops. If a cop wants, you are going to jail.

Police are authorized to use lethal force to enforce the law. Lawmakers should be required to swear to an oath that they will not make any law they would not be willing to kill to enforce.
